In the Woods by Emily Ault

Every week for a year, whatever the weather Emily Ault went to Queens Wood in Highgate and painted various scenes. These extraordinary paintings are being exhibited at the Highgate Literary & Scientific Institution 11 South Grove, Highgate, N6 and runs from the 16th to 29th January.



If like me you know the woods well, you'll find yourself caught up in the wonderful moments of light and shadow, but do not take my word for it - get down to the exhibition yourself and tell welovehighgate just what you think.



Admission to the exhibition is free - and well worth a look.
